Launching school management features on ClassClap

On July 22, 2023, ClassClap officially launched the school management feature on ClassClap web version with many support utilities for school leadership.

With this upgrade, ClassClap will offer some extremely practical features for school management, such as:

•   Create a list of up to 1,000 accounts for teachers/parents of the school in just 3 minutes
•   The leadership team can monitor all the activities of all classes in the school
•   Assign and publish weekly teaching schedule for all teachers
• Confirm teacher’s class time

Besides, ClassClap also updated the feature of receiving teaching schedules from school leaders for teacher accounts. Teachers can view the teaching schedule that the school leadership has assigned, mark the completion of the lesson or ask for a leave / substitute for the school’s leadership to confirm. These features are available on the web version, we will continue to update this feature on mobile in the next versions.

These are the features that were born after the ClassClap team has carefully researched and surveyed the needs of school management in modern schools. Both leaders, teachers and parents have certain utilities when the school uses ClassClap in classroom management and school management.
